How to Use:

Add to the pasta and stir. This base allows you to create your favorite version of Carbonara: classic with the addition of crispy guanciale; seafood, adding fish and shellfish or with vegetables. 

It can be kept warm while serving without the egg clotting.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening store in the refrigerator +4°/+39°F and consume within 7 days.
