Cognà is a recipe with very ancient origins prepared in the old Langa farmhouses, where at the end of summer the grape must from the first harvests was cooked slowly and enriched with quinces, Madernassa pears, walnuts and hazelnuts to create a delicious compote to be enjoyed during the winter.

How to use:
Use it as an accompaniment for cheese, meat and desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator (+4°/+39°F) and consume within 14 days.
